Terri has the experience, the expertise, and the enthusiasm to expertly guide home sales and purchases and achieve the results buyers and sellers are in need of in today’s challenging real estate market. With nearly 10 years of experience in the real estate business, she is a respected professional whose skills are as vast as her passion for real estate.

She comes from a diverse background of High Tech sales and marketing having co-founded a software development company and before that, counseling abused children.  With a background in understanding peoples needs and helping people communicate their needs to each other as well as to her, Terri brings her important depth of knowledge and insight to each relationship.  Terri offers her clients this unique and impressive base of capabilities, with complementary areas of specialization and a shared passion for making dreams come true.

Terri was raised in Austin and is very knowledgeable about most of the neighborhoods from Central and and West Austin out to Lakeway, and from Dripping Springs up to Cedar Park.  Terri’s familiarity with West Austin, and, in particular, Westlake and Lake Austin, where she lives and works, offers clients a heightened awareness of inventory, individual homes and streets, area schools, recreation and other important lifestyle aspects, and sales histories.  

For sellers   She applies a thorough knowledge of the market, pricing trends, and area competition to establish the right sales price that attracts interest from qualified buyers. She provides marketing packages without equal, utilizing the most current tactics for traditional and new media as well as online techniques culled from her years of experience and addressed on her own site.  

For buyers   Her understanding of recent sales, rates, and lending requirements allows her to guide offers that are accepted quickly. For both, Terri’s ability to negotiate strongly and with sensitivity to both sides makes for smooth transaction, while attention to detail throughout every step of the process creates relationships that exist long after the papers are signed and the keys handed over.

PERSONAL STUFF 

Terri is blessed to be married to Mike Frost and they have six amazing children.  She is very active in all of her children’s schools, Barton Creek Elementary, West Ridge Middle School and Westlake High School as well as LakeHills Church and Mobile Loaves and Fishes.

When she is not selling real estate, she loves boating on Lake Austin, snow skiing, reading, Googling, or traveling to anyplace with a beach!
